This policy explains what personal data we collect through getodisc.com, why, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

Your email address, when you join the pre-order list through one of the forms on the site.
Technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, which our hosting provider records in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Analytics data, only if you accept analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

Giving us your email is optional. Without it we simply can't send you launch updates.

Who processes your data

We don't sell or share your data. We use these service providers, who process data only on our instructions:

Netlify, Inc. (USA): website hosting, server logs and storage of form submissions. Netlify is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Google Ireland Limited: Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

Email address: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and at the latest 12 months after the Kickstarter campaign ends.
Server logs: for the limited period set by our hosting provider.
Analytics data: as described in the Cookie Policy.

Your rights

Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you can ask us to:

access the data we hold about you;
correct it;
delete it;
restrict or object to its processing;
receive it in a portable format.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by writing to us. This does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.
